To qualify for tax-exempt wholesale purchases, all new B2B customers must submit a valid resale certificate. If you already have a resale certificate for your business, you may simply upload a signed copy below—there’s no need to fill out a new one. If you do not have one yet, please download the appropriate resale certificate form for your state (e.g., Texas customers must use Form 01-339), fill it out, sign it, and upload it below.

This certificate confirms that you are purchasing goods for resale purposes and allows us to waive sales tax on eligible orders.

We are required by law to keep this documentation on file before processing tax-exempt transactions.
